Is a Charter School a Public or Private School?
Charter Schools are part of the public school system and must commit to specific educational objectives set by the public school system. However, these schools create their own charters that allow them to make decisions regarding their operation, management, funding, and curriculum.
Does FTCCS charge tuition?
No. Charter Schools are always tuition free.
Do students have to live in a specific district to attend this school?
As a school of choice affiliated with the public school system, there is no requirement for where attendees must live to enroll.
